Privacy should be clear.
This policy explains how Jennason, LLC, operating doss.digital as a service, collects and uses information when you visit the site or contact us.
We collect what we need to operate the site and respond to you.
doss.digital is a service of Jennason, LLC (“Jennason,” “doss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through doss.digital and related communications initiated through the site.
We do not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or non-essential website analytics trackers on doss.digital. If that changes, we will update this policy and implement consent controls where required.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Name
- Business email address
- Company or organization, if provided
- Topic or area of interest, if selected
- The message and other information you choose to provide
- Information contained in later business communications with us
Technical and security information
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request details, timestamps, security events, and similar server or network data.
We use personal information for limited business purposes.
- Responding to inquiries and communicating about potential or existing business relationships.
- Understanding the business problem, service, or use case you want to discuss.
- Operating, maintaining, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the website.
- Preventing spam, abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Maintaining appropriate business records and complying with legal obligations.
If EU or UK data-protection law applies, our legal bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business and responding to business inquiries, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required.
We use a small number of providers to operate the site.
We may disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf for purposes such as hosting, security, email delivery, communications, and technical operations. The website currently uses Cloudflare infrastructure and Twilio SendGrid for delivery of website contact-form messages.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
No advertising-cookie banner is needed for the site as currently configured.
doss.digital does not currently deploy advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies through the site code. Our infrastructure and security providers may use strictly necessary cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when needed to provide, secure, or protect the website—for example, in connection with security checks or challenge functionality.
Because the site does not currently use non-essential tracking technologies, we do not present a consent banner. If we add analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent controls where required.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect website functionality if a strictly necessary security feature requires them.
Our current site does not use cross-site behavioral tracking.
Because doss.digital does not currently use advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking technologies, the site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not knowingly permit third parties to use the site to collect personal information over time and across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.
Where an applicable law requires recognition of a legally binding opt-out preference signal, we will honor that requirement for processing within its scope.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed.
We retain inquiry and business-communication information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, manage a potential or active relationship, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. Retention periods can vary depending on the context.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may have rights depending on where you live.
Applicable privacy laws may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have a right to complain to a data-protection or privacy authority.
To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable law.
doss and Jennason are based in the United States.
If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we take appropriate steps intended to protect personal information transferred across borders.
This is a business-to-business website.
doss.digital is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the situation.
We may update this policy.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
